We carefully prepare and ship all orders from our studio in New York.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. For made-to-order or limited items, processing may take a little longer. In that case, we will notify you in advance.
Shipping time
Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
International: 7–21 business days after shipment (depending on destination and customs)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping method
We ship via reliable carriers such as USPS and other trusted services, depending on the size and destination of your order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Customs & import taxes (international orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in their country.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to support you in tracking and resolving any issues.
